“Probably one of the first riffs I heard that had a huge impact on me was Kiss’s Parasite. I was born in the 71st, and for the first time I heard Kiss somewhere in the 75th. I remember how powerful this riff and the whole song was. It was very rude and that was probably why when I got older I started making such music. This opening riff opened my ears to music. And he first comes to mind when it comes to guitar influences.
This song was written by Ace Freilly and I wanted to be like him. I liked his solo, songs, voice. I liked the way he played the guitar. Perhaps that’s why I played Les Paul for so long.
