On January 20, 1980, in the Welsh city of Bridgend, Matthew Tuck was born – the illustrious leader of perhaps the most popular metalcore band of the first decade of the 21st century, Bullet for my Valentine. At the beginning of the new millennium, these guys shook the heavy scene and firmly entered themselves in the history of modern music. Folk Metal – metallers used elements of folk music in the 70s. Irish folk tunes were featured in the songs Led Zeppelin and Thin Lizzy.
